    Description

    An Ipswich, Massachusetts colonial era deed clearly dated August 25, 1790 by which Ebenezer Caldwell and his wife Mary Caldwell transfer property to Nathaniel Dodge, signed by Ebenezer Caldwell and Mary Caldwell, and by witnesses David Knowlton Ross and David Rindge.  Approximately 13" x 8" in size, excellent condition except for fold lines.
