    Item Description
    Buyers will receive one of the two boxes in the photos. This listing is for ONE Pistol Box, complete with a period correct instruction manual and test target that has a mismatched serial number. From service with the Swiss Police come these original factory boxes for the Sig P226 pistol. Manufacturer was Sig Sauer of Eckenforde, Germany, and its contractors. Construction is two piece overlaid cardboard with interior foam padding that will accommodate most any P series Pistols. Parent pistols and original serialization indicates mid 1990s production. Finish is gray, white, and red. Note the Swiss police overlabeling and writing on the label area. Internal foam is Very Good, with moderate discoloration. Surface detractions are moderate, principally edge wear. We rate them as Very Good Condition, but photos ought to suffice for our shoppers to check our grading for themselves. Interior dimensions are 9 7/8 inches long by 6 1/2 inches wide by 2 inches depth; exterior dimensions are 10 3/8 by 6 3/4 by 2 inches. These cases with their instruction manuals and test targets are period correct, or period acceptable, for Sig pistols manufactured from the early 1990s until the early 2000s.
